modern design nice view early check

My room included a modern design and everything looked new. The space was big enough and had a NICE city view. Staff was always helpful. They assisted me with early check in.

The bathroom sink drained a little slowly.

the hotel was located a short walk from the city center and that was valuable. i found a grocery store right across the street. a portuguese restaurant, cova funda, sat two blocks away, offering good local food. the staff, especially the front desk, was friendly and accommodating.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bathroom was excellent, equipped with modern fixtures. I appreciated the proximity to numerous restaurants downstairs.

The staff was not consistently available at reception, which sometimes made it difficult to get immediate assistance. This was a minor inconvenience, but it affected the overall experience.

the room had a cozy fridge perfect for chilling drinks. i liked we got a room at the back and it was very quiet. the staff always helped when i needed something and i like that.

i must admit, the bathroom sink did drain rather slowly and it took a bit to get the water warm.

the staff were available, and it was easy to reach the main areas. our room faced the city. yes, there is a lift. the bus and tram stops close by. we could walk to many sites from here.

the room had a small issue with sound from the street.
